Pay special attention to the feet, armpits, crotch, hands and also the hair, as they are subject to infestations and infections. If you do not have water, take a bath of air. Take off your clothes and expose your body to sun and air for at least 1 hour a day. Ultraviolet rays destroy bacteria and viruses. Be careful not to get sunburn.
Keep your hands clean
